Our Opportunity

As our Shenzhen based Sales Support Administrator you’ll play an active role in the growth and development of our ambitious expansion plans, where you’ll support sales, distribution and clerical functions across our expanding base of Asia-Pacific retail, vending, gaming and amusement customers.

As a Sales Support Administrator you’ll be the key point of contact for new and existing customers, whilst being participative in many other day to day operational procedures to ensure the smooth running of the office and warehouse.

To be successful in this new, varied and exciting role you must be highly dedicated to the success of the business and have excellent organizational and administrative abilities, whilst being adaptable and open to new challenges.

Your Role

? You’ll deal with existing and some new customers over the phone, by email and occasionally in person, to ensure they are happy and understand when to expect their orders
? You’ll processing their orders and create other Sales relevant documents, such as exportation documentation, invoices and reports
? You’ll liaise with internal departments, such as accounts, production and IT, to ensure that we’re able to deliver products to customers in an efficient and timely manner
? You’ll have some responsibility for warehouse and inventory management, including shipping and receiving deliveries
? You’ll also be involved with other broad ranging duties, due to the nature of our growing office of multi-disciplined colleagues

Your Skills & Experience

? Customer service experience, with great communication skills
? Fluency in English is essential, with polite and friendly manner
? Ability to offer high levels of service in person, over the phone and by email
? A relevant qualification and/or experience as a Sales Support Administrator
? Proven Microsoft Office skills, specifically in Word and Excel
? Well organised and able to prioritise daily tasks
? A highly dedicated individual, with excellent problem solving skills
